The Centers for Disease Controls and Prevention want you to be prepared for anything, including zombies! They recently added information on their website about how to prepare for a zombie apocalypse. Whether it be a marketing move to get more people to their website, or they think it could possibly happen, it is pretty darn awesome. Visit them to see what you need! So, Comic Book legend Stan Lee is in talks with people from the Walking Dead series about having a walk on guest appearance. We wish more celebrities were this cool. Remember seeing Bill Murry walk around the corner as a zombie in Zombieland? (He didn't end up being.... well, you get it). Who would you like to see as a zombie? Ghostbusters meets zombies? Why didn't we think of that! Cuba is going to be sending us just that this year, and it looks like it is going to be awesome. More than that, it has been said to have a lot of social relevance. "It's a zombie film but it's about Cubans and how we react in the face of a crisis because we've had a lot of them here over the last 50 years," Brugues told the BBC World Service's The Strand. So... zombies apparently hate farts! Also, they may be teamed with an evil unicorn! Remind us to stock up on beans for after z-day! In this iPod and iPad game, you are using your homemade man-gas to battle zombies and save, yes, Japanese school girls from doom. All that to say, do you want to fart at zombies and unicorns and save school girls? They have an app for that!
So we went to one of our favorite local bars last night, Fergy's, and realized that though we told you all about it, we didn't post any of our favorite zombietastic pictures from the last zombie prom. One of the things that brought it up was that we found out that they are talking about having a zombie walk sometime this spring, which sounds awesome since the turn-out for the last event was amazing!
