Thanks very much for this good post;this is the kind of thing that keeps me on track through out my day. I have been lkioong around for this site after being referred to them from a colleague and was thrilled when I was able to find it after searching for some time. Being a demanding blogger, I’m pleased to see others taking initivative and contributing to the community. I just wanted to comment to show my appreciation for your post as it’s very appleaing, and many bloggers do not get authorization they deserve. They don't want to waste time fining people who only mow every two weeks, yet need to be able to deal with the people who never mow at all.In the city nearest me, they warn homeowners when the grass reaches 12 high. When it reaches 18 they mow it and add a fee to the house's tax bill for the year, specifying the date of the warning and the date of the mow.
